Fun Breakfast Cups

A fun twist for a busy weekday breakfast or a relaxing weekend brunch! The fun comes in a cup! A breakfast dish you can make with your kids or have them make by themselves!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Milk
  • 1 slice Ham slice of thinly sliced ham
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 sprinkling Swiss Cheese

Method
 

  1. Lightly spray the ramekin with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place slice of ham inside ramekin.
  3. Crack egg onto ham slice.
  4. Drizzle milk onto egg and ham.
  5. Add dash of pepper.
  6. Sprinkle with dusting Swiss cheese.
  7. Place into preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
  8.  Let cool and serve.
