Sweet Potato Wedges

  • 1 Sweet Potato
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian Herb
  1. Slice potatoes lengthwise into 6-8 wedges.

  2. Toss with oil and spices.

  3. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with foil.

  4. Roast at 400°F (205°C) for 30 minutes until tender.

  5.  Allow to cool before serving.
