Avocado Dip & Veggies
- 1 Avocado
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Baby Carrots (Blanched in boiling water for 5 minutes)
- 1/2 cup Broccoli Florets (Blanched in boiling water for 5 minutes)

With a fork, mash avocados with salt and lemon.
