Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Salmon cooked fresh
  • 1/2 cup Potatoes
  • 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Method
 

  1. Discard the bones carefully.
  2. In a large bowl, combine salmon, mashed potato, 1/2 of the bread crumbs, onion, lemon juice and soy sauce.
  3. Stir in egg.
  4.  Shape into 6-8 patties.
  5. Coat each patty in bread crumbs.
  6. In non-stick skillet heat oil, add patties and cook 4 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer patties to baking sheet and place in oven preheated to 350°F (175°C). Bake 10 minutes more.
  8.   Makes 6-8 patties.
