“We know from the research that kids who come from a home with emotionally intelligent parents, and they’re seeing it at school modelled by their teachers, those are kids who are going to naturally develop it. Because we learn a lot by watching others, we learn a lot by our observations, and of course, kids spend a lot of time at home with their parents and siblings. So when they see it modelled for them, then I think they’re more inclined to just pick it up.”
